For current Government Publications call number information, please consult the Government Publications' What Shelf is My Book On? page. The Government Publications collection is the Regional Federal Depository Library and provides a complete collection of depository U.S. government publications, along with depository publications of Minnesota, Canada, the United Nations, and the European Union, and collections from some other official foreign and intergovernmental organizations. See also: Magrath Library (St. Paul) and the Law Library. |

In 1969 the 8 foot giant in light green on a blue wall suddenly appeared in what was then being used as the Reserve Room. The space became unofficially "the Green Giant Room". Staff and students are still protecting its existence.
