Style Manuals
Style manuals provide the
basic information necessary for documentation and style in scholarly writing.
Following is a selected list of sources available in Wilson General Reference.
Other copies and editions of many of these are available in other University
of Minnesota libraries.

14th ed.
- The standard work
and most comprehensive of the style manuals. This revised and expanded edition
presents both the Chicago style and the Harvard or scientific style.

- Written for the undergraduate
in the humanities, this manual covers formats of both the MLA Handbook for

- Designed for research
